Delicate sparkling wine made by second fermentation at low temperature of the wine in small stainless-steel pressure tanks, lasting about 45 days from start to finish.
Caratteristiche
Mousse: plentiful and short-lived; lingering, fine-grained perlage. Colour: rose pink with purplish nuances. Nose: stylish fruit, delicate, aromatic bouquet, nicely balanced and truly elegant. Palate: crisp, soft, with hints of cherry.
